Can you let us know where you're seeing your name on the receipt? Generally, a team members name would appear on the receipt if you've got team management enabled. You can turn this off by tapping More in your navigation menu. Next, select Settings > Security > Passcodes. From here, toggle on Team Passcodes off.
If you've sold the business, you'd need to sign up for a new Square account.
