How to place a limit on the total stock of several variations

I have a limited number of seats, but I sell them at two prices (adult/youth). Square requires that I add stock to each variation, but I cannot know in advance how many to allocate to each. I would like to make 35 seats available to (adults+youth), and stop selling when the combined orders reach 35.

Is this possible? TIA

You can look into possibly integrating a Ticketing partner with Square here.
