How to keep Square from deactivating account due to inactivity?

I've read where some people's accounts were deactivated due to lack of use over a certain time period.  We are a mainly summer business and want to know if there is a way to keep our account active in the off season? Any help is appreciated!

If you're running a seasonal business that won't be using your Square account for an extended period, rest assured that your account won't be deactivated due to inactivity. Square understands that many businesses operate seasonally, and your account will remain active during your off-season.

If you have any monthly subscriptions active on your account (such as Square Online, Square for Retail, etc.), we recommend pausing or canceling them during your off-season to avoid unnecessary charges. 😊
