How to ensure square terminal returns to keypad (not Favourites) after every sale?

I've upgraded to the new square terminal (Square sent it for free), and its different to the original one.  After every sale the terminal resets to favourites.  We don;t use favourites.  We only use keypad.  How do I ensure the terminal resets to keypad to save steps?

Are you saying that your Square Terminal previously defaulted to the "Keypad" screen instead of "Favourites", or is it more that you’d prefer the "Keypad" screen to appear as the first screen after each sale?

If your last terminal did default to the "Keypad" screen, I’d recommend performing a factory reset on your device (as long as you’re not actively trading and have no pending offline payments or open tickets). Before or after your operating hours is ideal for this.

Please note that after the reset, you’ll need to re-enter your email and password and reconnect any third-party hardware. A factory reset usually resolves small bugs or syncing issues on specific devices.
