When I create a PDF, under “Invoice Details” it automatically stamps “PDF created [date]” It looks clunky and I wish to remove or exclude. Cant seem to find how to change that anywhere in settings.

So there isn't a way to change the per say. But based on which template you are using under Invoices>Settings > Customization the Classic option , doesn't appear to show when the PDF was created that I could see, while the other two (Modern, and Original) both seem to show it. You can view those as well by clicking on the preview tab.
While I do agree , the PDF created section on any of the invoices should be nested in the footer of all invoices if its somethings that has to be there.
