How to disable dining options

I accidentally enabled dining options and now everytime I add an item to an order I'm prompted to select if it's "For Here" or not.  How do I disable this?

I manually turned them all off on the Dining Options page, but it's still prompting this on the item screen.

I'm out of ideas, if there's no suggestions here I guess I need to contact Square support?

You can disable all or some of your dining options, whichever may be appropriate, by following the steps listed here in our Support Center. You'll find this on the Items page of your Dashboard and then under Setting > Dining options on the left.
