How to change the color of my blog post background?

currently the background of the all the blogs are white and the only way to change them is by changing entire theme of website to dark/light mode. How to i make the blogs like forest green or a different color?

@Wylan Welcome to the community. To change the background color of your blog follow these steps.

Go to your dashboard

Navigate to Sales Channels > Online > Website > Edit Site.

The next screen tap on your store name and a drop down will appear, scroll down to Stories.

Tap stories twice.

When the stories page appears tap anywhere in the body and on the left you will see Background, under that customize color.

Select your color and save.

This will just change the color of the stories page no where else.

If you already have blog posts up, then you will need to tap on each line and change the background color of each post.

hmm thanks for the comment but I don't have sales channels and your editing pages look a lot different from mine. Any suggestions

You have your blog listed in the stories on your webpage correct? I use the basic stories/blog that Square offers.  Can you post a screen shot of your stories/blog in the online editor?
