Hello:
We like to log in using the passcode option, but we don't like the requirement to enter in a passcode to back out of a cart. In other thread's the answer was to disable all passcodes completely, but as stated above, we still want to use passcodes, just not for backing out of a cart.
How do we set it up so that a passcode is no longer asked when we back out of a cart?

Will any passcode work to back out of the payment screen/cancel the transaction? Or is an Owner/Admin passcode required?
There are a couple permissions you can enable for your team members that would allow them to cancel a sale in progress: Cancel transactions and To back out of customer-facing payment screen.
Let me know if enabling those permissions does the trick! Otherwise, I can reach out to the team for them to take a look.
