How to add options Stock Action

Is there a way to add options to your stock action from inside the products inventory.

We have both a square retail business in person with our stock management and our shopify site which works to the side. However if we sell products on our shopify site, there is currently no way to say the stock has been sold outside of square.
We don't want to say it has been lost or stolen or any of the other options.

Please help us with this.

Thanks for reaching out.

Because there's no integration between Square and Shopify, or a way to add manual stock recount reasons, you'd need to manually adjust the stock on the Square end and choose one of the existing options.

For now you'll need to use one of the existing reasons - it shouldn't make a practical different to stock levels, but I do understand it's not ideal, as it's not a clear reflection of the actual reason behind the stock adjustment. I'll pass your feedback on, and if I hear of any changes here in the future I'll update this thread!
