We are in the process of selling our business which has, since it started used Square for Restaurants.
My question is, are we able to transfer all of our data, including customer details, gift cards, loyalty scheme, item file etc. to the new owners? They would like to retain our current hardware and setup.
If not, our most important question is what is the solution for customers who have unused gift card balances?

The new owners will need to set up their own Square account. From there you can transfer the following account information:
After all of this is complete you can close your current account.
