How or what do I do to confirm & access my storage?

I do not use my POS Square very often.  I am attempting to reactivate it.  I'm being asked to confirm required items to continue my setup.  I'm stuck at "My Storage".  Any suggestions?

@Woodcarver It's been a while and I don't recall a need to identify storage location when setting up the POS. Your account may be deactivated. I'd suggest calling reactivation support at 855-700-6000. I assume you are the authorized representative for the account (if not they won't be able to help you).
