Once again I can't add/ update a product because Weebly won't update inventory.

I'm very sorry to hear you are having some trouble with updating your inventory. I've seen sync delays occasionally happen, but I have not heard of a recent delay. Nor do I recall any other sellers mentioning this on Wednesday when you posted.
Is it working now for you? Do you recall the last time this happened? I can try to search the logs for a previous known issue you described.
