How does a customer change her details she saved? Credit card has changed and new ones won’t save

My customer has saved details and is trying to change them but the system is not allowing her.  How do I get help for her?  I will

lose the sale if I cannot advise her.

 I suggest you point them to profie.squareup.com so they can adjust their Square Profile.

In your Square Dashboard you can remove her current (old) saved card.

I don’t save the cards they pay through the link.
