My customer has saved details and is trying to change them but the system is not allowing her. How do I get help for her? I will
lose the sale if I cannot advise her.

I suggest you point them to profie.squareup.com so they can adjust their Square Profile.

In your Square Dashboard you can remove her current (old) saved card.
I don’t save the cards they pay through the link.
