How do you mark items as sold?

Hi I have created a online gallery to support our physical store. How do I enter sold to individual items? I want the items to remain visible for the duration of exhibitions.

Have you checked out the Featured Items section? This should allow you to display a set of items that will remain where they are even if sold out.

Thanks but I am wanting to change the 'out of supply' to Sold as they are individual peices of art. Is there any way of changing this?

Got you - there's no way to change the wording from "Out of Stock" to "Sold" unfortunately!
