It looks like @SOCServices was in contact with our CS Team directly to figure out what the solution might be. This is a pretty unique case, as it's the first time I've come across it as well.
Hopefully @SOCServices can chime in with their solution, but if not, it might be best for you to have your customer contact their bank to see if they have any insight around this.
