Hello @MBB2020 thanks for your post. I don't think you can do this exactly...but you could be able to modify the offer. You'd go to your Dashboard > ONline > Items > Coupons.
You cannot set a % off to occur AFTER a quantity is met. You can set a % off ALL items purchased in a category, or orders over a certain dollar amount. To achieve your goal, you could offer a discount of 10% off your category items, but a customer would be able to buy just one and receive 10%. But you could advertise it as buy 5 at 10% off each item. I know it's not the same, but I can't think of another work around, unless you implement this manually.
Another option is to explore using Square Loyalty. You can reward customers who make purchases by giving them points or stars to collect and then redeem for a reward. This may work really well for you. Check out more info about Loyalty here: https://squareup.com/us/en/software/loyalty
