How do I get square to deposit what I made to my bank account that they have on file?

I had 2 transactions this past Saturday, May 11, 2024 that totalled $55.00. I have been very diligent in waiting for them to deposit it to my bank account and they haven't. They have my bank account on file and still no deposit. How do I get that money deposited?? What do I have to do??

Hi @craftylois2.  When it comes to your money, there is not much we fellow sellers can recommend except for you to get on the phone with Square Support.  Don’t chat.  Don’t email.  Call and talk to a person.

It is possible that Square has sent the funds to your bank but your bank just hasn’t posted them yet. I don’t know your bank’s schedule for posting ACH deposits and some banks take longer than others to receive and post them. But there could be an issue with the transactions that needs resolution.  Only support can access the sensitive parts of your account and figure it out.

Best of luck,
