Hey @Tewleec - Paystubs are automatically generated for your employees each pay period. To access or download a paystub, you can follow the steps at Square Payroll Reports.

My employee says the directions do not work. Are there specific settings from my end so she can download her own paystubs?

Employees can login and view their paystubs using the Square Payroll Employee Dashboard, @WildDesertTours 🌵🐺

Can paystubs be sent automatically instead of manually downloading each one?

If you are currently using Square Payroll your employees should be able to see their paystubs under the Team App on their devices. In regards to paystubs having to be manually sent, this would be a great question for our Square for Payroll team. They can take a look at your account with you to help a shine light here, as they are able look at your account alongside you in order to pinpoint what's going on here.
