Every time I try to charge debit cards it does not work

@Nour I'm sorry for the frustration! From this screenshot it looks like inserted a debit card to accept a payment with new contactless and chip card reader, in Canada.
At this time you can only accept Interac debit cards using tap. This post has the steps to accept debit card payments with tap and it has a video too. Sorry again for the trouble!
