My business name has changed, all updated in square, however will not allow change in shipping, I have followed instructions found about sync website however the UK options only have sync items so I cannot do it this way
The name in shipping is greyed over so I cannot edit it.

Hey @jendarceys, thank you for your post. Sorry to hear this.
Can you send me a screenshot of where the settings are not allowing you to make business changes, please? I had a look at my test account and was able to change the business name on my end, so it may be a bug on your account.

Can you check if Darceys Candles With Jen appears here in your Pick up and Delivery details > location details?
It's likely the two are connected, updating it there should carry over to your Shipping details.

Hi @jendarceys, the Square Online put through a resync yesterday evening which should resolve the issue within 24 hours, if you could check this afternoon if it's updated, if not I will need to let them know so that they can take another look at it. Thanks
