How do I add shipping and handling fees to an item?

I created a shipping profile and shipping fees, but now I can't figure out how to add the shipping fees to the item I am selling.... please help.

HI, you can check your Item Fulfillment Settings.

Does each item correctly state its fulfillment method?

Is Checkout properly setup?

Online Dashboard, Settings, Checkout, scroll down to Advanced Settings, click Edit Advanced Settings
