How do I add a team member?

Square on my phone doesn't match the instructions in help, which are these:

  1. Sign in to your Square Dashboard, and select Staff & payroll > Team > Team members.
  2. Select + Team member.
  3. Enter the team member’s first and last name, along with their email address or phone number. Click Next.
  4. Enter their primary job title, job details, and pay type (hourly or salary). If the job already exists, select Primary job title or start typing the title to access a drop-down menu of existing jobs. Select Next.
  5. Determine their level of access by selecting an existing permission set or select Create a new permission set.
  6. Assign the locations these permissions apply to and click Save.
  7. To make the team member an authorized representative, toggle on Authorized Representative.
  8. Generate a personal passcode, then select Next.

There is NO "Staff & payroll option" anywhere in the app, or I need to know how to find it. I can't even get past the first step. 

 

Do I need to install a different app? I installed the Square app from Google Play.

UPDATE: I found it on the Square website. Step 1 in the instructions is missing, and should be, "Display www.square.com and log in." The online help doesn't give you a clue as to where you need to be.

Usualluy when The forum refers to as the Dashboard that is refering to the Square Website, I do agree that Square instructions should specify on an internet browser or computer and web address.  Otherwise people refer to Square App or Square for ( Retail or Resturaunt) when assisting other users. I am glad you found it and was her to assist but think you found it now.
