How do I add a second option to an item

I have added 2 options and I am now trying to add them to an item.

The 1st option added okay but I cant add the 2nd option. I keep getting the message 'we are sorry something went wrong'

I have tried clearing my cache, deleting the option and recreating it and adding it without the other option, but nothing seems to work.

Did you get this sorted? Sounded like maybe a bug in Square which hopefully has been resolved now!
