I am a family therapist. I do not charge tax when billing my clients. I created a "test" invoice and sales tax was added to the charge. How do I set things up so that taxes are not charged when billing clients?
Hi @JESMFT. It sounds like you can just disable sales taxes for your business/location. To do this, go to your online dashboard > Account & Settings > Business Information > Sales taxes. More than likely, you had a tax name set up automatically for your location. To delete it, click on it, click the Actions button at the top and select delete (or disable) tax.
That should fix your issue going forward.
