How can I view and print customer transaction reports?

I would appreciate being able to print a customer report, or look on the screen at customer transactions.  Things get updated yet our ability to find information goes.  Customers are now moved to Marketing and Loyalty.

I need to often look up what a customer bought however I have to scroll and open every transaction.  Is there an easier way.

There is no Transactions option under Reports on my Square Dashboard.  The options are Accounting, Payments, Operations, Online, Custom and Settings.  Where should I look to find the capability to export a transaction CSV file?

I also see no TRANSACTIONS option under REPORTS on my Square Dashboard. Where do we go to get this list of customer transactions? Thanks!

I've been an Accountant for 25yrs.  Also, a Computer Network Engineer 25yrs.  If it was possible to figure out, I could.

The Square "software" in Dashboard has absolutely no way to display, print or export a basic "Transaction Detail Report" which is included in every single accounting software ever made.  I have to display each individual transaction and then hand type the entries into my accounting software.  Luckily, I only do a few dozen transactions a year in Square, for my Aircraft Flight Instruction/Rental.  Worst program I've ever seen!

Home/Payments&Invoices/Transactions: Click on each one.

I use the transaction CSV download facility to get all the details of transactions for each item (by using the item filter on the Payments & Invoices / Transactions page. However, this download does not include the selected modifiers on each transaction, which is crucial to us. Modifiers are shown on the Item details CSV but that does not include fees so the net sales column is actually deceptive. Is there a way I can choose the columns I want in a transaction download, or is there a fuller download option somewhere?

I'm having the same problem; no Transaction report with customer details in my dashboard. I tried chatting with a customer service rep--ha! What a joke...Square used to be so responsive to their customer's needs, what happened?

Hi @Spinayarncraft
The transactions is under "Payments & Invoices"  and then you can review the transactions and filter them out by various methods including customer name (See screenshot)
Hope this helps
