I want to generate discount to turn on automatically at specific duration time for example every day from 3 pm until 5 pm.

How can I do this

Welcome to the Seller Community @PizzettaRepubli! 

You can create a discount that is automatically apply to items for specified items, categories and days of the weeks and times from your Dashboard.

When creating your discount, you will need to enable Discount rules and Set schedule for when the discount will applied.
