How can I see which email I used to create my account?

The title of this thread has been edited from the original: Lost account info

 

I created an account on my phone and used a passkey to sign in.  I have no idea what email is tied to the account.  Is there any way I can get in contact with someone where I can provide information to get the email account?   I'd also be willing to just have the website deactivated if possible.

I appreciate those details, @ilostmyaccount. Here on the Square Community, we do have limited abilities when it comes to password resetting and login issues. Beyond suggesting password reset via phone number or email I might suggest contacting Support about this. 

 

You can give them a call at 855-700-6000 between 6 am-6 pm Pacific Time Monday-Friday. You can also contact our Messaging and Email Support Teams here and they may be able to assist as well.

 

I'm sorry I couldn't be more helpful! Please let me know if you have any other questions in the meantime though.

Hi @ilostmyaccount, thank you for reaching out over the Square Community.

 

In order to gain access to your account, you would either need the email address or your phone number that you signed up with. From there Support would be able to send out a Reset Password request. Do you have either of those by chance?

 

I see you mentioned deactivating your website. Do you have a website with us as well?

Yes I do have the phone number and I do have a website.  I tried the password reset with my phone number, but I didn't get any emails, so I'm confused as to which email it is tied to.
