Hello @confessions and thank you for your post. I see you're new to the Square Community, so I'd like to take this moment to welcome you! 🎉 My name is Violet and I'm one of the Community Moderators. We're happy to have you here! 😊
To answer your currency question, it is not possible to change the currency on your Square account, so this is why you're not able to find a setting for this. You must be located in the country where you activated your Square account to process payments, and payments will be processed in the currency of the country where your account was activated. If you're located in AU and would like to process payments in $AUD, you'd need to open a new Square account with an AU address.
Otherwise, you can still process international card payments, but your customers may be charged for currency conversion by their card issuer, since payments must be processed in your country’s official currency.
I hope this information is helpful but please do let me know if you have any additional questions. I'm happy to assist you 🙂

Thank you @_Violet . I had spoken to someone on the phone regarding this and they cancelled my account and i set up a new one however i had the same problem. I will get them to cancel it again. I can't believe this is so hard!
Hi again, @confessions 👋
Are you actually located in the UK or AU?
The country and currency assigned to your Square account will be based on the address you provide at sign up. Have you been using a UK address?
