How do I add the date to the scheduled delivery day? Customers are seeing only the day such as Tuesday, and not understanding that it is really the following Tuesday.

Hi @mjmathias thanks so much for posting! I can see the need for this type of feature request because just seeing "Saturday at 11am" could seem confusing if the buyers aren't paying attention to the details. One thing you can consider is having a popup or banner for your customers letting them know the business days needed for an order to be processed!
