How can I add my items into a category on my shop?

I recently made an online website to sell my items. I create the item and have chosen which category I want it to be displayed under, but for some reason they will only be displayed on my shop as "most recent items", not their category. When I check my dashboard they are in the proper category and I do not know how to fix it, some of my items are correct while others will not go into the category? Anyone know how to fix this? I cannot use my shop in the meantime.

Is https://www.sadiesstitches.ca/ the site you are experiencing issues with?

I do see a few different categories on your Order now page. Are these categories showing in the way you want them to?

However, on your home page, there's a Menu highlights section. This section will only show a few of your items. You can either select them yourself or the most popular/recently ordered items will show there automatically. In this section, you cannot organize items by category in the same way you can on our Order Now page.

Since you are currently using a template designed for food and beverage businesses, your options might be limited when it comes to featuring specific categories.
