Hello! Hope all is well.
I just started using quickbook invoices to send invoices and contracts to my clients (we work in construction). I love the layout of square invoices. There is one thing though,
The Square/Quickbooks integration does not cover invoices. It only covers payments. Has anyone figured out a way when I create a invoice in square it will create one in invoice with all the customers information, including payments and all that? Thanks!
Hi @aaafencedeck. It is completely up to Intuit/Quickbooks to decide what sync functionality they want in their integration with Square. They have full access to all the APIs that Square makes publicly available.
So, if you want new functionality with their integration with Square, you need to take that up with Intuit. If they decide it is something they want to add to their integration they will coordinate with Square if more APIs are needed. Also, to fully answer your question, there is no workaround at this time that would not be very manual and time consuming.
