While Square doesn’t have a built-in way to hide specific items from customer receipts while still sending them to the kitchen or bar, here is a workaround you could potentially try
Use “Hidden” Items on Receipts – In Square for Restaurants, you can create items that are marked as “hidden from receipts” by using modifiers instead of separate line items. This way, the item is recorded for the kitchen/bar but not shown separately on the customer’s receipt. That would require some work in the back end to add these items as modifiers, but it could at least be an option to try. I'd recommend testing this out by creating one or two items as modifiers and then print to see what it looks like.
