Hi I have published a story but it isn't showing (is fine on preview). 

Have contacted support a few days ago but they haven't got back to me yet.

Our support team should be back to you within 1-2 business days if you've reached out via email. 

It sounds like there's a slight delay with the published version of your site, if you haven't done so already, can you please unpublish and republish site - the steps are attached. 

If after doing so, the blog does not appear, please send a link to your site here and I can take a closer look 🙂

Thanks for getting back to me. I have tried unpublishing and republishing. I was in touch with live chat on Tues 16th, they said they would followup with email. Then I didn't hear anything I emailed again on 19th. Haven't heard anything as yet.

Hi @lindaspence77 - just following up here. 

Currently, the story does exist with a direct link https://www.sweetheartpottery.co.uk/s/stories/come-out-of-hibernation, however, you will need to determine how you want the story to display on the site.

To have it display directly after 'Because you say so, I will', you would create a new navigation for each story that you publish or you can re-add the Stories Overview page, which will house each newly published story.

If you opt for the second option, this can be done within the editor ( "+"  button > Page > Show More > Stories Overview)
