Help with images in Featired Events

I have 1 featured event - a school concert. On the home page under Featured Events, I would like a certain image to show. Once you click on See Details, I would like a second image to appear. I had it set up where both would show correctly. Now I can only see the same image on both pages. What am I doing wrong?
