It’s been well over 10 business days but I haven’t received my reader. The instructions given on these forums don’t result in the ability to order a new one. For example, the latest instructions which seem to have been posted a few months ago and are revised from earlier instructions, say to click on Balance then Location. Location does not appear to be an option.
is there a phone number I can call for help? If not, can I have detailed, correct instructions on how to order a new reader?
