Has anyone successfully added a TikTok store?

Has anyone had success adding TikTok Shopping? I get an error screen when I click the setup button.

What kind of error are you seeing when you try to integrate TikTok? 

Also, double check the steps you're using to connect using this Support Article

Hi @bcuthill 👋

 

Can you confirm that the Tik Tok account has been converted to a business account? Are you creating a new business account, or connecting to an existing one? 

 

Sync a TikTok For Business account to activate the integration. At this stage, you can either create a new TikTok For Business account or connect to an existing account. 

 

Can you also post a screenshot of the full page with the error message?

Hi there,

 

I'm having trouble setting up my TikTok x Square. TikTok and Instagram are the reasons why I'd like to set up the site through Square. I have a TikTok business account set up and I kept getting this error message "This feature isn't available for your account due to age issues. Proceed to resolve."

I was able to add the store, get products added to the catalog and things looked like they were on the right track.  This morning I woke to a message that every one of my items were rejected due to this message: 

 

"Product has a TikTok policy violation for the target country"

 

 

We are selling t shirts, hats, stickers, glasses, etc currently on our website, FB and IG without issue.  I can't find a place to correct a "policy violation".  Literally 87 of 87 products were rejected for the same reason.   
 
No clue.....
