HELP Weebly login loop going on 1 year!!!

I have been dealing with this issue almost a year. when I am on my square dashboard, I go to online it then takes me to Weebly. I try and login and says I may already have an account and wants me to login it happens over and over like a loop. I have tried several computers several browsers, incognito mode. Also tried resetting my password won't send me the email to reset it. I tried calling Weebly and no help. Please anyone that can help I would really appreciate it.

Hey @baitboys. When Square bought Weebly, they instructed all of us to create a new Square account to manage our Weebly websites. This should have been done over a year ago, I think, but I could be wrong. Did you do this? If so, since there are different methods used to sign in depending on the type of account you have, can you either detail the step-by-step actions you are taking to sign in, or better yet make a video of what is going on and post it here? You can attach videos by clicking on this icon in the toolbar.

I also want to add that it would be helpful if you confirm the URL of your website for the account you are trying to access in case a mod can see more information on the backend.
