Re: Google Pay Refunds

My customer paid via PayPal using Google pay. I rended a partial amount to them. How long will it take to get back to them? It’s been 5 days and I still see refund pending even though the money was taken from my account. This is my first customer and A friend so I hat to keep them waiting.

Hi @Nisa2525. According to this Square article, it usually takes 1-3 business days for Square to process your refund request. Note that is business days (Monday through Friday), not calendar days. Some refunds can take longer. How long it takes PayPal once they receive the funds from Square I do not know.
