Gift cards, linking to website from mobile

Any information on how to link my gift card to my website? It allows it on a laptop but not on a mobile phone, or is there a step I'm missing?

I added a link to the Gift Card Site on my navigation and footer menus. You can find the link in the "configure" menu of the gift card section. 

Then you can add as an "external link" in the navigation menu. You can also add it as an external link for buttons and images if you want it displayed more prominently.
