Not board exists for gift card order issues so I am hopting this will work to get an answer.
I am still waiting for our gift card order. It is not showing up on the order page but was paid. It has never taken this long to get an order processed nor to get an update on the order. I understand it was CLOSE to the holidays but 7 work days prior to 12/25 then another 4 work days prior to the end of the year. Now we are 8 work days into 2024 with no update on my account.
I have tried to submit a help request on the eCard webpage but get an error with submission; please try back. I have tried back numerous times but same error message.
Next I reached out to square help hoping to get some answers and now the Community. I can't sell gift cards when I don't have them to sell and it is taking almost 30 days to process but the payment for the cards went through immediately!
Is anyone else having an issue?
