I want to be able to access the Ticket information from my transactions. Unfortunately, this seems to be the only information displayed in the dashboard that doesn't export.
Is there a way to get this?

I would be keen to get more information on exactly what details you are looking for here, would it be a general breakdown of what was added to the ticket, etc? Please let me know!
Unfortunately, though, it's not currently possible to go back through an Open Tickets history. I tested it out and couldn't find any way to extract the information.

I essentially have two databases of guest data. The end goal I’m trying to achieve is to link my sales data (from square) to my guest data (from my reservation system).
The only data point the two systems have in common is the table numbers.
so I was hoping to get sales data out of square with the associated table numbers.
Alternatively is there a way to add a customer (uploaded from reservations system to square customers in advance) to the table before it is closed/paid off?

Getting the sales data out from the associated table numbers would be a feature request at the moment.

I am using ResDiary. The reservation's part of the software is a perfect fit for our restaurant but the marketing/ guest relationship is not very advanced and i have no sales data. I have tested Opentable (which has a square integration) and great marketing / customer relationships software but the reservation’s are unacceptable for us. I know square has marketing tools so I am hoping to find a simple way to get the guest data into square & linked to the tickets/tables
