Having issues with GST - I have clients book online and GST is included in the item when it is supposed to be added to the item. I have the option selected to add GST to items, not have it included and for some reason it continues to include the GST with items. This is only a recent occurrence. It was working fine for the past two months.
Hey @Krista1- Curious, do you happen to have multiple locations?
No just the one location. It seems when I go to modify a current appointment (that has GST added onto the item already) then in the edit screen the GST is included with the item. So I have to delete the item and re-add it so the GST is not included in the price.
