Fulfilment method not defined in SquareUp

I am looking at adding SEO tags in SquareUp by editing an exported Excel spreadsheet, then re-importing the library.

While editing an Item in SquareUp, I see a warning that the fulfilment method is not defined (although it should be set to Delivery in Square Online).

Is it possible to set the fulfilment to be 'Delivery' in the exported spreadsheet, then import the library?

On further investigation, I can identify Items in the Library export spreadsheet with a null cell in the Delivery Enabled column (not Y).

In SquareUp, these Items are reporting as 'Your customers may not be able to purchase this item online because no fulfilment method is selected.'

However, in Square Online, these items do have Fulfilment set to 'Shipping' and they are available for online purchase.

1. Can you explain how the shipping status is different between some of my items in SquareUp and Square Online.

2. Will my items continue to be available for purchase by customers, despite the warning message in SquareUp?

3. I have over 4000 Items in my site, so don't want to check and edit them all manually. Can I set the 'Delivery Enabled' flag for items in a bulk edit of a catalogue export spreadsheet, then import the spreadsheet?

  2. Could you please share a screenshot or provide details about the warning message you mentioned?

@RobynRI think you are missing the point of my questions.

I have created most Items in Square Online, as these can be grouped in category pages. These items are synced with the Squareup Dashboard Items. I have noticed that some Items that have the fulfilment method set as Shipping (in Square Online), show the following in the SquareUp dashboard Items view.

Your customers may not be able to purchase this item online because no fulfilment method is selected.

Despite this message, these Items are visible to customers and may be purchased. I would like reassurance that customers will continue to be able to make purchases.

 

For my point 3, I would like to know if the 'Delivery Enabled' flag in a Catalogue export Excel spreadsheet can be set as 'Y' for individual items. Will this update the Fulfilment method to 'Delivery' in the SquareUp dashboard Item when the spreadsheet is imported.
