I have 16 items in one of my categories. Each item has both Shipping and Pickup selected in their item descriptions. I have my default fulfillment method set at Shipping. My advanced Settins are for both Shipping and Pickup. BUT, all of my items in this category are showing to customer as pickup only.
This is new. I am in the middle of a sale. Out of 4 orders and 2 could not select shipping.
Any ideas on what I am missing? Thanks for any advice!

You stated you have Default FulFillment at Shipping but under Advanced Shipping and Pickup. All the settings need to match. Item Page, Advanced Settings.
I thought Default Fulfillment was the choice you want the method you want automatically deleted, but the other chose would also be shown.

Does each item correctly state its fulfillment method?
Is Pickup & Delivery properly setup?
Is Checkout properly setup?
They all need to match. The customer will click on their option for checkout.
Yes, except Checkout Can only be 1 choice.

I have clicked around, added items to cart with everything stating Pickup.
Yes, I have had this set up for over a year.
I have customers trying to place order that require shipping so I changed all items in the Scrub Caps Category to only shipping.
HI, each time you have changed or added anything, have you Published the site again?
If the Shipping and Pickup are not displaying as they should, I believe you would need to contact Support.
