I would say 90% of our clients tip and tip well. We like to contribute that to our welcoming environment and the wonderful experience that comes with. As far as staying afloat...I wouldn't actual say that. Our technicians receive 100% of their tips so it does increase their take home pay and that's always a nice thing 🙂

I sure hope so....but....you know I'm in the beauty industry where everyone wants to "be their own boss" so it's always a challenge 🙂
@Purple_HSwe are a coffee shop and our customers also are incredible with tipping. Actually some of our customers will even tip more than the suggested options provided on the screen. All our employees get 100% of their card tips also which our customers love! I didn’t realize there are shops that will hold a percentage of the card transaction tips from their employees.
