Is there a way on Square POS (not Restaurant) to reopen a closed tab to fix a tip or to change payment method?
Hey @Jcshehan. There is not. You have to fix any tip issues manually when you submit payroll. As for payment method, the only way to fix that is to void the original transaction, re-enter it and close it to the correct payment method.

From our experience, once a transaction has been processed, it cannot be altered or edited. I'm thinking the only work around would be to void/refund and create a new transaction. Perhaps some of the other community volunteers have some thoughts.
