I have wondering why the following feature has still not been added to Square appointments : The ability to send automatic messages to clients AFTER an appointment. Currently, we can only send automatic reminders up until right before the appointment. It would help a lot to send a message after, such as a request for a review.

I believe @Bronze_Palms uses a 3rd party integration to send follow up messages. I tagged them so they can provide some more insight.
I also saw you commented in the feature request board...hopefully this becomes a feature soon.
