Facebook Shops importing all items

I use multiple locations in Square: Retail, Wholesale, and Testing. Some items are in all 3 locations while other items are available in only one location. I have an item that is assigned only to my Testing location, it is NOT in the online item library, but it appears in the Facebook Shop.

 

This only recently began, all new items added to Square item library, no matter location or category, are added to Facebook Shop.  How do I manage the Facebook Shop Feed? I only want items from the Retail location listed at Facebook.

Thank you! I have reached out via email and had multiple exchanges yesterday with Square online support. All I have received is the standard "nothing has changed" and "all items from the Main Square Item Library will sync with Facebook". This is not true, at all, as I have many items in my Main Item Library that do not appear in my Facebook Shop, in the past only items from my Square Online Item Library would sync. Unfortunately, I've not received any helpful support with this except to be told nothing has changed and to contact Facebook for support -- when this is clearly a Square issue. I asked that my issue be escalated to the online/e-Commerce team but that has not occurred, the most recent reply from Square was a link to a Facebook help article.

It's definitely hard for us to troubleshoot how an integration behaves and we always rely on the 3rd party (in this case Facebook) to troubleshoot first so we can have a better understanding of where the error may be coming from. 

 

Have you tried reaching out to Facebook support and getting their input on this case (even though you believe this is a Square Issue it might be something changed on Facebook's end? This would be in regards to how they pull items from Square.
