At this time, when a coursed ticket is sent to the kitchen, all courses are printed on the first ticket. Subsequent course firings print a new ticket that says "Fire Course 2", "Fire Course 3", etc. It would be far more helpful of the subsequent tickets included the dishes. In fact, it might be even better if the first ticket did not include ALL the dishes.
